# SimasiaAI

> SimasiaAI (Σημασία-ΑΙ Ι.Κ.Ε., Athens, Greece) is a Greek AI company with a social-impact focus. Its one product, fλow (also written "flow"), is an AI assistant + CRM for people who care for others: NGOs, patient associations, disability services, doctors, practices, polyclinics and clinics in Greece and Cyprus. fλow is "dialogue, action and record, in one flow": three parts that work alone or together. DialogosAI (dialogue) is the AI assistant that answers patients, beneficiaries, members and families 24/7 on the website, Viber and WhatsApp, only from approved sources with citations, says when it doesn't know and sends urgent cases to a human. PraxisAI (action) is the CRM with agentic actions (it proposes and executes, a human approves what goes out): member registry, beneficiary files and patient records, tasks with deadlines, protocol book with automatic numbers, deadline reminders 60/30/7 days ahead, appointment confirmations, shift handovers, document scanning (OCR). MetronAI (record) records every contact and analyses it: communication statistics, what people ask and what is missing, social-impact reports for sponsors, a monthly accuracy test. EU AI Act and GDPR compliant, data stored in the EU. It never gives medical advice. No fixed packages and no prices on the website: visitors design their fλow at /go and receive a personalised offer as a PDF by email, with the price, the no-risk trial terms and next steps.
